Peter Harrison

Peter started in the Disability Insurance/Income Replacement world in 1991 as a Broker Representative in Eastern Ontario (Kingston) for Paul Revere Insurance Company. After serving five years as a Broker Rep. in Ottawa for one of the large D.I. Insurers, Peter created The HealthSource Insurance Agency Ltd. in 1996. His innovative 'teammate' approach, where he works on a joint basis with the clients of other Insurance and Investment Advisers, has led Peter to see more than 5,000 Disability Insurance and Critical Illness applications in his sixteen years in the field.

Brian Burns

As plan adviser Brian specializes in arranging group benefit programs between employers and insurance companies. He helps employers with the sale and service of their group insurance programs, while providing employee meetings upon request. Brian carries broker agreements with no less than fourteen insurers.

The main focus of Edge Benefits Inc. is the design, distribution, and implementation of the product (what is the product?) and to take the premium on behalf of the insurers. Edge Benefits Inc. is a partner with R.B.C. Life Insurance providing the products for Income Replacement. American Home Assurance Company, R.B.C./Aetna (U.S.A.), Green Shield, and Industrial Alliance Pacific Insurance and Financial Services Inc. are all also partners with Edge Benefits Inc.
